We have been exploring several frontiers in optics, including:
Attosecond quantum electrodynamics
Generation & application of circularly-polarized high-order harmonics and attosecond pulses
Selection rules and dynamical symmetry breaking spectroscopy in (high) harmonic generation
Time-resolved imaging by multiplexed ptychography (TIMP)
Induction of long-lived optical waveguides in the atmosphere by laser filaments
Optical spatiotemporal pulse train solitons
Diagnostics of ultrashort laser pulses
We typically have openings for highly motivated researchers in all levels: undergraduate students, graduate students and post-docs.
